Our engineers use mold simulation software to optimize product design and manufacturability and proactively detect potential molding problems during the design phase. We are ISO 9001-2000 Certified and use AIAG's PPAP process to be sure our processes are consistent and will produce parts to your specifications.

• Our Focus and Experience

We love a challenge. Our extensive experience enables us to mold parts that require close tolerance multi-directional core pulls or unscrewing cores without post-mold machining. We use a custom heat staking process developed in-house to ensure more accurate placement of threaded brass inserts that exceed pullout force requirements.
We apply the same proactive, technological approach to liquid silicone rubber molding. By providing our customers with better up-front designs, we are able to ensure consistently high quality parts and reduced cycle times. In addition, we can combine our plastics and rubber capabilities, reducing labor and assembly for customers by using a two-shot molding process in-house.
