We specialize in custom injection molded thermoplastic parts using complex tooling and resins as well as liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding. Our plastics molding capabilities include designing and running sophisticated tools with unscrewing cores, runnerless manifolds, and multi-cavity layouts including stack molds. Our expertise in close tolerance molding of engineering resins such as PPE, glass reinforced nylon and polyester, as well as commodity resins such as polypropylene and HDPE helps us find the right materials to meet the requirements of your finished product.
